“Our week in Kefalonia at Villa Brio, with 22 friends and family to celebrate our Wedding, was without doubt, the best week of our lives. The villas are absolutely immaculate, and the location/views are to die for. We hired the whole complex for our party, and generally used the large patio area by villa 4 in the evenings. We would compliment the owner and maid for making our stay so comfortable and attending to our every need. The hotel across the road was ideal for cocktails, the taverna Old Times just down the road was stunning for our wedding meal, and the patisserie on the road to Skala was visited daily for the gorgeous 1 euro ice creams!! October was a fab time to visit, weather was very warm… The villas were well equipped – we even managed to make our wedding cake there. We had many cliff diving competitions from just below the villas, into the crystal clear sea, and the snorkeling around the rocks is a must. All of our party are already making plans to return, and we couldn’t compliment Villa Brio enough, for a relaxing week in Kefalonia.”

Modern villa located on the Skala to Poros coast road. Great sea views. Close enough to Skala to easily get into town but far enough out to be private.
Very good unintrusive cleaning staff. Great air conditioning. Reasonable WiFi.
Some of the best snorkelling in the area to be found just at the end of the garden.
Helpful unintrusive owner. Deposit returned on last day. Ideal for families.

“We were a group of adults and children totaling 19, who were lucky enough to stay in Villas 1, 2 and 3 this summer. One key reason for choosing Villa Brio was the setting and I am delighted to say that we were not disappointed! Wonderfully situated on the top of a small peninsular, we had beautiful and ever-changing views to enjoy at various times of the day (especially when supping our 6 o’clock G&Ts!). A short private path down to a pontoon from which we could dive into crystal waters and swim to a small shingle beach or explore hidden caves provided much fun and entertainment for everyone. The gardens and pools of the villas were also very well kept giving us lots of outdoor space for the children to run around and play. Despite the properties being attached, the layout was such that privacy between them was still possible. There are bars, restaurants and beach within walking distance. The owner, was amazingly efficient and welcoming and the daily maid service was an extra special treat. All in all, a great time was had by all.”

Villa Brio Exclusive is like Kefalonia, beautiful, picturesque, quiet, remote, friendly and relaxing. So, if you are looking to get away from it all and have a completely relaxing peaceful holiday in lovely surroundings these are a real jewel!
These luxurious well-appointed villas are clean, spacious, and private, with scenic views with their own exclusive path down to the sea. Each villa has its own pool and large gardens which are not overlooked. The owner could not be more helpful. Skala town is not too far away but it would be a good idea to hire a car, they are not expensive and give you the opportunity to explore this wonderful island.

“Villa 4 certainly lived up to high expectations. A lovely pool and directly overlooking the sea, walking distance to mini supermarket, wonderful patisserie and restaurants. Water sports available on the beach as well. There was plenty of outside terraces and comfortable seating in sun or shade. The Villa and annex were both fully equipped and tastefully decorated. Immaculately clean. The perfect place to relax. The owners popped by to make sure everything was ok and it was lovely to meet them. They were also very helpful and easily contactable by e-mail both before and during our stay.”

“We stayed in Villa 2 at the end of May 2011 and had a really fab holiday. The villa is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The view from the villa is beautiful and was wonderful to wake up to every morning. The daily maid service is a bonus too. Beds made, bins emptied etc. Location of Villa Brio is also excellent. The small town of Skala is a pleasant stroll along the sea front, with bars and restaurants along the way. We ate in many of the restaurants during our stay, and wasn’t disappointed with any of them. The weather was good too. We hired a car from the airport for the week of our stay as we wanted to explore the lovely island. Although a car is not necessary unless you are exploring, as the location of the villa is so good. We also hired a small boat for the day which was good fun. All in all, a fabulous holiday and we will definitely return again.”

“Villa Brio is a beautiful collection of four villas on a cliff overlooking the sea. It is perfectly located about a mile walk into Skala, which is a perfect Greek village, quiet enough to provide complete relaxation during the day and with enough places to eat, drink and enjoy the fantastic hospitality by night. The villa itself is immaculate, with optional maid service every day. The pool is very clean and a great size. We made great use of the pool area as well as the large private terrace. The villas have a private path carved into the cliff which takes you down to a wooden jetty and your own private access to the Ionian Sea. It really is as incredible as it sounds! The owner was discreet but very helpful whenever we needed to contact her. The people in Skala are fun and very friendly! There is a great tavern Old Times less than a minute`s walk from the villa, which has great food, wine, service and views out over the sea. We can’t recommend Villa Brio highly enough. We will definitely return, thank you for a great holiday!”

We booked and stayed in Villas B and C. From the first interaction with the owner, it was a smooth and professional experience. The villas themselves are simply perfect – high quality, well appointed, even as far as top quality plates, towels, linen, etc….plus stunning views, great swimming pool, wireless internet. They have an essentially private cove with a little wooden deck to jump off into the crystal sea. The island itself cannot be improved on, with cute little seaside and mountain villages, all with great eating spots, and beaches to be discovered as you drive around. Less than five minutes drive you have Skala with more than you need re tavernas, mini-marts, fuel, and a decent sandy beach. Cleaning was daily and unobtrusive. The owner will be there if needed, but if not remains invisible. In short, if it is within your budget, Villa Brio Exclusive cannot be bettered. We would go back tomorrow and were genuinely sad to leave. I would live there if I could…

Father of the Bride: We have just returned from staying at the Villa Brio Exclusive complex for the marriage of my daughter. What a fantastic set up of Villas. We booked all three and had the whole complex to ourselves (so not to annoy any near neighbors). The position, quality and fittings etc of the villas is second to none. We actually stayed in villa A for sleeping and quiet time, but spent more time around Villa C where the “base” was (food & drink etc). The beds were extremely comfortable and all furnishings were of a high standard and plenty of crockery, glasses etc.
The views from the villas are stunning with plenty of sun beds and chairs around the pool, which are of a nice size for a dip.
All of our party could not praise the quality of the villas enough with definite value for money.
The village of Skala is within walking distance (about half an hour if you are a good walker). We had a mini bus with the very good advantage of one of the drivers not being a drinker. In Skala there are enough restaurants/ bars and supermarkets for your needs.
Back to the Villas. Fantastic holiday venue and great accommodation for weddings.
Also, free internet Wi Fi at all three Villas was excellent.

“What a fabulous villa and superb location. The villa was excellent and the pool area and gardens were stunning. I think Villa 3 has the most private outside area of the three villas, although all are lovely. The views from the villa were fantastic, especially from the upper bedroom. Location was great – close enough to walk into Skala but far enough away from the main area to make for a lovely relaxing stay. The beach was stunning and we had it to ourselves throughout our stay. We travelled with our five month old baby son and the owners supplied superb baby equipment for us (cot, highchair, linens and towels) which was good quality and very, very clean. Overall a perfect holiday and we will definitely return very soon.”

Super pool area and pristine garden made for great outside living. Maid service adequate . It is just a 2 minute walk down to the (lovely) private beach. Taxi trip from airport is around 45 min. All in all, we had a super week in the villa and found it an ideal base for day-trips to the rest of the island mixed with days lounging at the pool/beach. I would recommend this further.”

I just wanted to say what a lovely Villa we stayed in, we all had a fantastic time and could not fault anything. The addition of the pools was a great incentive for us and the design was great as well. The position in relation to Skala was ideal for us; we could gain access to Skala as well as Poros and all the main routes. As usual the dinning in Skala was very good and we found the Symposium a fantastic place to eat with welcoming staff and superb food accompanied by the melodic sounds of the piano.
